As dream-related-mindpower is a new type of knowledge, the old motto of educational institutes being “Enter to Learn, Leave to Lead” will be modified by “Enter to ‘Sleep’, Dream to Lead”. This new genre of knowledge is going to bring revolutionary changes into the way we think and in the manner we live. It is going to be a complete lifestyle modifier.
Dream Types
I feel there are many types of dreams.
- During different stages of sleep.
- During dozing on bed for a long time.
- During dozing for 1 or 2 seconds.
- During driving or talking getting distracted for a few seconds.
- During the time when you are lost-in-thoughts, etc.
- During Lucid dreams when you know that you are dreaming.
Modes of Dreams
Main modes of dreams are:
- Normal dream.
- Half awoken state when you are in-between the world of dreams and the world of reality.
- Dreams during Drowsiness
- Sometimes, I am seeing some lucid dreams and simultaneously I am aware of my surroundings and my five senses. During this type of lucid dreams, I am able either to come out of this dreamy situation or to go back again to the same dream but within a few seconds only. It may pretty easily be done though with practice.
- Sleep Paralysis Dreams occur when one feels a lot of pressure on his chest. He is in-between dreamy state and the world of senses. He knows that he is having a dream but is unable to move his hands, fingers, face, etc. He is also unable to speak, cry, etc. He cannot come out of this situation for some time (some seconds or even minutes).
