Almost always, you get up from dream suddenly; the reason of getting up abruptly is some dreadful or terrifying object, person or thing that has abruptly appeared at the very end of this dream. You start recalling the incidents that happened before the arrival of that very object, person or thing that caused you to get up suddenly: simply forget about this last person, object or thing that brought you out of dream. Concentrate and focus on the things that happened before the sudden appearance of that figure. This way, you will be able to remember most of the incidents of the dreams pretty easily if you keep practicing.
Remember, you must not concentrate on the last trouble-making thing in the dream that awoke you; you should rather avoid thinking about it and concentrate on the actual dream-incidents that occurred before the disturbance.
If you are watching something in dream entirely against your expectations, do not worry. Make it a habit not to disbelieve in things that you saw in half-sleep or during the Truthful-Dreamy state. After getting this revelation (in the Truthful-Dreamy state, dozing, half sleep or Sudden-Lost-In-Thoughts state for a few seconds), just concentrate on the ‘actual event’. Try to grab the desired things from the dream-related-memory of SIXTH SENSE so as to bring them to normal memory of brain because you can analyze an event only if it is in normal memory. Now, you can try to get to the core, the crux, the theme by using your own mind (or by asking some educated, specialty or scholarly person to analyze the situation).
And if you are unable to recall the dream at all, even then, the essence of the dream-lesson remain in your mind intangibly for later use, moves into your subconscious and adds up itself automatically in your part of overall consciousness.
